Timra was down 4-1 to Sodertalje before they mounted the comeback and won 5-4 in OT.

Olofsson finished with 2 assists / +2 / 1 SOG / 60% FOW / 16:49 TOI

Here are his two assists:

also if Harris had 1 more pt he would be tied for 3rd OA in points for blueliners in the NCAA despite playing 7-9 less games then those in front of him. His 1.13 ppg puts him at 2nd OA behind David Farrance who's only played 8 games all year.

Wow, I had no idea his ppg was 2nd overall in the NCAA for dmen. That's insane. Do you feel the competition he's facing is weaker than in previous years because of the conference play? Or is his conference strong

yes the schedule has clearly worked in his favor, 13 of his 18 pts have come against the bottom teams in the Hockey East, but with Harris the good news is that the offense has shown good improvement once again to the point that he's got legit offensive skills but needs to continue to progress. It's his IQ, poise, skating/mobility, two way play that are going to get him into the NHL at some point. I don't expect him to be a big point producer but as I say with prospects it's all about the rate of progress. So far he's been on the Jake Evans path, undersized 18 year old that just gets better and better every year. Harris was much better at 18 then Evans and he should be as a 3rd round pick vs a 7th but my point was more about how every single year since we drafted him, Evans has shown improvement. So far Harris is in that same boat, if he keeps it up, then we really got something.

The Hockey East is one of the best conferences, it's right there with the NCHC and Big 10 (where CC/Gorniak, Stapley, Biondi play) if I had to pick I would rank NCHC then HE then Big 10 most years as it varies from year to year. But it's close between all 3, they are the top of the NCAA by a good bit. This year it's clearly a strange one, BC and BU are two of the best teams in the NCAA, UMass has been one of the top programs there of late, they are really doing a good job and are a tough team once again. After that you have Providence (Team USA's coach), Northeastern, UConn is having a surprisingly good season (several Russian draft picks) and UMass Lowell is usually good as well.

I still don’t think the offence translates to the next level for Harris, but he’s the type that can chip in 25-30 points a season and be a solid puckmover if everything works out.

Tri-City up 2-1 after 2 periods.

Pitlick with an assist so far. He's had 3 pts in the last 2 games and 4 pts in the last 4 games.

Harris continued his hot play of late picking up an assist, extending his points streak to 5 games where he has 9 points.

Struble had some troubles in his own end on the night and has struggled since returning from injury with 0 points in 4 games and a -4. He started out the season with 11 pts in 12 games and was a +3.

I never saw Struble in OT or at the very end of the 3rd so I don't know if he was injured or they just opted not to use him.

Also it looks like NU will get a 1st round bye so they will have next week off i believe.

Ha! That's almost an exact replica of the Norlinder pass!

It's not all bad today for Norlinder

I mean it’s pretty bad when he’s directly responsible for two goals against and his one positive play is a stretch pass on a bad change by the opposition.

At least he’s been producing finally.
