I really thought the Flames would be the 2nd best team in the division.

I mean, I don’t see much of a quality difference in the rosters between 2-6 in the division.

The differences were going to be basically luck and chemistry.

Fwiw, the flames are .500 without playing Ottawa.

We really aren’t close to them whatsoever in standings yet lol.

Yup. And he almost got Marky cheating again at the end of the period. I think he hit the post short side. Marky letting in 3 on only 10 shots. .700 save % ain’t winning many games. Calgary actually dominated that period. I think the shots were 20-10.
