It's become more and more interesting on here with fans offering up 2020 1st's in that range for immediate help.
We already know half of those teams from 10th to 15th.
Doubtful any teams will trade down from 1st to 10th in my opinion.
Maybe OTT if they drop one spot for a late 2nd?
How many teams in this range do you think keep or move it and what would be available with some adds (2nds/prospect)?

10th - Jets - they need a 2C with Little falling out of favor. LD?
11th - Predators - disappointing end to their season, not entirely sure what they need to be honest but scoring forward seems apparent.
12th - Panthers - could use a youngish 2c who has some experience but more importantly a top 4 DFD (LD)
13th - Hurricanes *from TOR*, they don't need any D so more forwards but doubt they trade it, keep stocking the farm
14th - Oilers - RD with a couple years of term?, more young cost efficient forwards?
15th - Penguins - honestly didn't expect them here, younger D and F as per Rutherford?
