Portland fan here, was happily surprised to see Jaydon get drafted. He had great chemistry with Seth Jarvis, they were linemates on our 3rd line in 2018-19 and got moved up together to the 1st line this year. Dureau definitely has some skill of his own, he wasn't just a passenger to Jarvis but I thought he would be more of a guy who gets an NHL or AHL deal as a 20 year old rather than getting drafted as he has skill and will often be noticeable in a good way most games but didn't scream pro player/NHL draft pick. Glad to see him go to an organization that will give a chance to smaller/average sized skill players and see what he has.
