I though this would be a fun team to watch at least. This is just... I don't know what to say.

Pitching has been watchable. The hitting though has been awful.

Derek Jeter wouldn't stand for openers. It ruins the integrity of the game. Buck thinks so to and always has ever since George Brett told him that starters should be starters and should finish games too. This is all the problem of analytics and stats trying to change how the game is played. It happened with shifts and now they're doing it to pitching too. None of this was an issue back when he played. And that's probably why he was such a bad player. *breathy laugh* And then Pat chimes in with "it sure is, Buck."

Not a great look for Stroman to be so angry/argumentative with Montoyo about being taken out. Sure, you believe you could've gotten the job done. And sure ultimately the Jays did give up the extra run and it probably makes you look right, but come on man, don't get super into it with the manager on the field and in the dugout. Air your grievances in his office after the game. Because now you've just had all the cameras on you doing it and it makes you look like a jerk.

True. It was mostly an indictment of Tepera not having the sample size this season to be able to pronounce him as anything, let alone a panic button guy because we have 2 full seasons of evidence that he should possibly/probably be just fine over time.

If anyone does, Javy Guerra probably fits the bill more than Tepera does just because this season is all we know of Guerra as a Blue Jay and it's been bad (and he's back)
