Truthfully, Kakko isnt going to be all that good.

Kakko won't be all that good? Really?

A few weeks ago you thought he was going to be an elite 80+ point talent.

I’d be very surprised if both Hughes and Kakko aren’t 80+ point players yearly when their careers are over.

They both will be elite talent in the league.

No way Detroit takes Philip Broberg with their #6 overall pick. They'd trade back if that were the case. In this case Yzerman probably takes one of Cozens/Podkolzin one would think. Broberg isn't worth the #6 overall pick.
That may be the case but if their guy is Broberg they’d just pick him at 6 rather than risk it. How often do we see trades in the top 10?

Can't see Wings taking Broberg at 6. Doesn't fit Yzerman's history of drafting high end skill players and he's not even a consensus top 10 talent. It'd be Dach, Pod, or Newhook in this scenario imo.

His puck skills are on the same level as Hughes just not as good skating. He is a true home run swing (along with Dach)

I would say his puck skills are the same, and his vision + creativity is even better. Hughes' skating is the difference.

I agree about Dach, BTW. They're my 3 and 4 after Kakko and Hughes.
