If I were a betting man I'd say neither.

Seems like a positive PR move by the Redblacks marketing team more than anything else.

Was just thinking that it would probably be up to the individual organization to provide merchandise to the performers. Yet another opportunity lost for Eugene Melnyk and the Ottawa Senators.
