Absent for Kirk Cousins related reasons.

There might be a reasonable explanation for him missing practice but if it is because he's pissed then I hope they don't do something stupid like trading him. Don't allow Cousins to do more damage than he has already done.

We are getting so diverse. We now have a black QB leading the NFL in passing yards, a white RB leading the NFL in rushing yards and a white WR is 2nd in the NFL in receiving yards.

Trading him would be so Vikings.

There's a ****storm a brewin' in Minny. Thielen can lie all he wants but we've already seen him get into it with Cousins like twice.

I'm starting to believe the whole "Kirk Cousins is an ***hole narrative"

Cousins is supposedly well liked and a pretty good guy. The problem is he's playing awful right now and the WRs are getting fed up.

Diggs has been open plenty but Cousins is either incapable or just unwilling to throw it to him and he has had enough. The offense with Cook as the center piece isn't ideal for the WRs but they've still had plenty of opportunities to hit big plays and Cousins keeps throwing short. People were wondering what Diggs' main issue is after this week, whether it's with the offense, Zimmer, Cousins, or something else and he seemed to give a pretty good indication after practice yesterday:

He participated in practice, but as it neared an end and most players began walking off the field, Adam Thielen grabbed Diggs and pulled him back to midfield, where Kirk Cousins was set to throw a few more passes to receivers, a new custom between the quarterback and his receivers. He did it Wednesday, too, while Diggs was absent. But instead of joining all of the wide receivers with Cousins, Diggs walked the other direction and caught passes from practice squad quarterback Jake Browning.

Stefon Diggs returns to Vikings practice, says a lot and...

He wouldn't directly answer the questions from the media but it seems pretty obvious that he's just done with Cousins.

When they talk about "videos" it makes sound like it's something horrible. What can be gathered from that video is that within the past five years, at some point, Jay Gruden was:

- Smoking an unidentified substance at an unidentified place
- Talking with a woman
- Having an annoyed look when someone started videoing him and shouting "Jay, Jay, Jay"

Sounds to me like the Vikings WR need to learn when to shut up and support their QB. How about go run some extra routes after practice and work on stuff with him instead of throwing a hissy fit about it after a loss. Yeah, Cousins might suck right now, but he's your QB and more importantly he's your teammate, so make the time.

If this is what the Vikings locker room is really like then it's time to clean house.

Some have speculated that Gruden is smoking marijuana in the first video, but it’s hardly definitive. Some in league circles wonder whether the team leaked the videos as a precursor to a potential termination of Gruden with cause, which would allow the team to fire him without paying the balance of his salary.

I honestly think this is exactly what this nonsense is about

Instead of Jay Gruden think of how you would feel if it was Bill Belichick or a Patriots players lol

Like Christ, the guy isn't allowed to party? Even if he was smoking marijuana, coaches are allowed to, they don't get tested.
