2009-10: Awful, Singletary fired, Harbaugh hired.
2011-13: Super Bowl contenders and NFC Champs
2014: Mediocre, Harbaugh leaves for Michigan.
2015-16: Forgettable.
2017: See above but they got Jimmy G so theres potential here.
2018: Injuries suck.
2019: NFC Champs.

That said the Niners are just a flat out better team and tier higher than the Packers. They belong in the Chiefs/Ravens tier while the Packers are more in the Pats/Bills/Texans/Seahawks tier
