0, 01, 4, 15 will all be fielded full time , the 0, retains Garrett Smithley, the 01 will now be Stephen Leicht, the 4 will be Ross Chastain if not in the 10;

the 15 will be split between BJ McLeod and a variety of drivers

major rules clarification released for 2019:

ALL Inspections will now be done at the track; there will no longer be the issues surrounding a car/truck/team being issued a L1 Violation post race from the R& D Center as the R& D Center has been removed from the process;

should a race winning car or truck pass all inspections but fail a post race inspection, the result of said team WILL not count and the car/truck being disqualified as if it had not even entered the event
