A's win and the WC game is headed to the Coliseum.
Any potential panic about last night's 9th inning can be subsided.

You going to drive north Wed if needed??
i wish. if it was on a weekend i probably could have
got to see chapman's 9th inning HR the other night at angel stadium though so that was pretty cool
One last clinching scenario for tomorrow:
-Cardinals clinch the NL Central with a win OR a Brewers loss
-Brewers force a Game 163 with a win AND a Cardinals loss
The 2 Game's 163 were afternoon games last year though...
Yeah but it's the MLB draft so who caresThis may cost them a top 5 draft pick
You would certainly think so.Oakland has the WC at home, the A's are due damnit!
He also reached 300 for the year. Two teammates doing it.Verlander just became 18th pitcher ever to record 3000 strikeouts.
You would certainly think so.
I covered most of this above but Rizzo is as tough as they come. As opposed to hothead idiot Molina. Molina wants zero part of Rizzo. How stupid do you have to be to think that was intentional? You can't control yourself in a game of this magnitude? Great leadership.rizzo's probably confused since he told mlb to stop the pitching inside.
Well, a division tie breaker game isn’t technically a must win. And then you don’t have your ace for the actual “must win”, while the other wild card team does because they weren’t able to tie for first in their division. Again, your punishing a team for tying instead of just getting second.

What a year for him
Been waiting for him to break out for a few years
Can he sustain it? Maybe or maybe not but he was most comfortable at plate since his rookie year
cubs just gave up lol
Which post-season team would you consider as going in 'cold' or 'not ideal' into the playoffs?
Think the Brewers should IBB Nuñez so this doesn’t go extras and they go to Washington
