- President's Trophy (points leader, regular season): San Jose Sharks (117 points)
- Art Ross trophy (top scorer, regular season): Evgeny Kuznetsov, New York Islanders (126 points)
- Maurice Richard trophy (most goals, regular season): Alex Ovechkin, New York Islanders (59 goals)
- William Jennings Trophy (goalies sharing lowest GAA, regular season): Roberto Luongo & Robin Lehner, Colorado Avalanche (2.87)
- Prince of Wales Trophy - Ottawa Senators
- Clarence Campbell Trophy - San Jose Sharks
- Stanley Cup Champion - San Jose Sharks

After a hard fought battle the NYI were lead to the ECF by their two Hart Trophy Nominees and 1st Team All Star Nominees, Evgeny Kuznetsov and Alexander Ovechkin.

Kuz lead the league in Points (126) and Assists (88)
Ovechkin led the leagues in Goals (59) and was 3rd in Points (122)
