The parade seems so tame. Thought they would be a bit more rowdy.
Idk I saw a video of a police chase right into the parade route. And a few of morons doing the usual stupid stuff. Falling out of trees and hanging from street signs. Falling over drunk.
I’d say it’s a pretty standard American sports parade.
The Blues parade was pretty nuts.
Think it’ll be a little more rowdy next year for back to back
well now that that nonsense is over with, who's ready for some NEW YORK GUARDIANS FOOTBALL BABY!!
Hopefully it won't be as lame.
@BreadmanGetsPaid I'm glad the internet is always on the case with edits
The first day of XFL football was great.
It's like baseball- something to have on in the background.
Not terrible so far.
I’m enjoying it perfect timing here after the nfl season ends.
It's definitely nice to have some football on. It's not the NFL, but so far it seems pretty interesting.
One of the things I like about minor league games is that the tickets are cheap and it can be a fun day out with the family without spending close to a thousand dollars.
Tickets for these games are only around 40 dollars a pop.
I wish the Guardians had a better color scheme... like the logo a lot though
I like their unis. Nice simple jersey.
Vipers look like diarrhea
This XFL ain't bad.
What's the XFL doing right that that other league wasn't able to do a few months back?
Funding and IMO location of teams. AAFL was put primarily in college markets while XFL is primarily in pro markets.
That vipers team was atrocious though as were their uniforms lol
Just an ugly game all around for the Guardians.
Gillbride should call up Eli to play. He's available and he knows what it's like to be behind an atrocious offensive line
McGloin was terrible though, regardless of how the O Line played. He missed a ton of opportunities and made a ton of bad throws.
No posts about the new playoff format? Completely changes the league.
In case anyone didn't see it: the proposal would go into effect next year. It would add an extra playoff team per conference as a 7 seed, and only the 1 seed in each conference would get a bye.
Oh, and there's a 17th game.
Early on my thoughts are I f***ing hate it. Unless of course the Chiefs finish first every year for awhile which is possible. Thoughts?
