Why not have your best player, one of the top goal scorers in womens history and a player who is not going to get nervous in a bog moment take that kick? Isn't that one of the advantages of having a player like her on your team?

All we know is that it didn't work out. Great save and take nothing away from the Swedish keeper but Beckie has been extremely poor this tournament and in a game like this...it just seems like a really bad decision.

Canada not really generating much. They look done. Long balls and long range shots not going to do much here. Little to no creativity.

The ball was sent on the ground halfway between the middle of the goal and the post. The goalie did a good job and it was a good save, but it wasn't Gordon Banks on Pele or anything.
