Who the hell are any of these people?
They took it to the Max!
Is this our Datsyuk?
Small skill guy who got into 1 KHL game as an 18 yr old. Decent for a 7th rder.
5'9" 165 late 2000 birthday. Played in junior Russian league. Stats seem pretty average but 22 goals is pretty good.
Small KHL guy. Athletic had him at 102.
Had better MHL numbers than Podkolzin
Top 10 talent for sure. Better numbers in the MHL than Podkolzin.
Outscored his teammate Alexander Daryin who's three months older and went to Arizona in the 4th.
I like this pick more than the previous two.
Read up a little on him and seems like a very good pick to make in the seventh round.
Said MacT is out but not gone.
Jack Michaels of the Oilers reports: “He’ll be playing for (former Oilers stalwart Craig) MacTavish and with (goalie Ilya) Konovalov next year in the KHL.”
Our Pavel Datsuyk!
Been a while since we had an obscure Russian for everyone to overhype. I like this pick for that reason alone.
There was that time we took Mikhnov...
Alexander Bugamin v2
Mikhnov might have been available in the 6th round if we waited.
Hilarious to see people criticizing a 6th round pick, armchair scouts to the max.
i can only find two clips....in both he made plays under pressure that led to the goals.....
one off the boards....and one on zone entry....
but i love the idea of a random diminutive russian winger
This kid has a bright future. I bet he will play on the Oilers for 2 years and then request a trade, only to end up in Europe.
wont be as bad as

but I am seeing only 1 NHLER in this list and that is Broberg--I predict Lavoie breaks a lot of hearts

Not having that 11th rnd pick is what killed that 1990 for us. Never should have traded it away.
Insider scouting from MacT going forward. I like MacT, MacT finds and coaches good talents in Russia, everything good.
Armchair scouts >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Oiler scouts over he last 12 years or so.
