Sholl is not getting an ELC at 26 . Maybe a free agent two way contract at some point but first he would have to play well enough in the AHL for that.

Apologize if this is redundant to another post — or if this is in the wrong thread. Could not find any information — either here on the boards or on line.
Seemed like his first AHL season went fairly well but a big drop in his numbers this year — even before he was injured. Was that attributable to trying to play through injury, the emergence of other players or were there other factors?

I dunno I mean the guy can shoot and is pretty good at getting into spots, but he seems sluggish which likely doesn't bode well for an NHL future
