They're going to be very shocked after 60 when the other team puts five guys out there for OT.Means Stars will believe their "win 0-0" strategy is the way to win.
Another scenario that should make sense.....If Toronto gets the no. 1 pick and takes the best consensus D, leaving AF on the table for the second pick.
You can almost smell a Lindell for Marner, or similar trade being discussed at the draft, no? Would actually make some sense, as a real hockey trade from strength to need on both sides. Contracts an issue perhaps, as always.

I think the hole Lindell would leave would hurt but it would hurt less than the current lack of offensive talent and creativity from our forwards. My problem with trading Lindell is who will take his place. Who is the big minute defensive defenseman

I'm pleasantly surprised with The Big Rig's play in the RR. He's looked much better than I thought he would have with Miro (better than Johns looked).Heiskanen can log 25min and be defensively responsible.
Oleksiak has stepped up to be a very reliable defender and Johns should be able to take on more responsibility as he plays more.
There’s also a few free agent available after the season.
Just as an aside, Jones broke Zubovs Ice time record.
He also did in the dead puck era, where people were physical play was much much more intenseEhh .... not impressed. Zubov was smoking like a chimney when he set the record. Way more impressive.
Not exactly for him, though. He was too slippery to get hit.He also did in the dead puck era, where people were physical play was much much more intense
