You got your Johnny Hockey prodigee. 2nd time around. Better luck than 1st try around on Yams!
1st round skill but still at Bantam size, so 5th steal!

Yeah Yams really sucks, meanwhile Johnny Hobbit can't score in the playoffs. Did you live under a rock this past year?

Oh yeah, and enjoy the downgraded roster over on the Left Coast. Markstrom >>>> Holtby.

You're lucky Dim Jim fluked into a top 4 D or your season would be over before it started.

Also, GTFO

Johnny Gaudreau is 5'9 at 27

Tullio is already 2 inches bigger than that at 18 (5'11)

They're about the same weight though (Gaudreau listed at 165, Tullio listed at 166)

Dmitri Samorukov recorded an assist, bringing his totals up to 2-4-6 in 14 GP. He is also a +13, good for 3rd in the entire KHL.

Tyler Benson had an assist, maintaining his point-per-game production in the 2nd DIV Swiss League.

Maxim Denezhkin scored his 1st career VHL goal, his 3rd point in 6 games. I believe that is his 1st career goal playing against men.

(^ Samorukov, #58 in white, records an assist. Pretty soft goal on 2020 undrafted prospect Vsevolod Skotnikov)

Busy day ahead for our prospects.

In the KHL, Ilya Konovalov and Maxim Beryozkin play for Lokomotiv at 9:00 AM followed by Dmitri Samorukov and potentially Kirill Maksimov with CSKA at 9:30.

In the Allsvenskan, Evan Bouchard (Södertälje), Raphael Lavoie (Väsby), and William Lagesson (Vita Hästen) all play at 11:00 AM.

It annoys me that Lokomotiv is choosing to start Pasquale over Konovalov.

William Lagesson assisted on 2 of his team's goals, making it back-to-back games with 2 points. He has 4 points in 4 Allsvenskan games this season.

Evan Bouchard recorded his first assist of the season. He has 2-1-3 in 6 GP in the Allsvenskan. Bouchard leads all defensemen in TOI (25:01) and shots (22), and is first in the entire league in PIMs, with 28.

Raphael Lavoie was held pointless.

Thursday

Philip Broberg got a PP assist, raising his season totals to 1-4-5 in 8 GP. He leads all Skelleftea defensemen in points and +/-.

Filip Berglund scored a goal and added an assist while logging a team-leading 22:25. The 23 year-old defenseman has 3 points in 7 SHL games.

(^Broberg, #5 in black, records his 5th point of the season)

Busy day for our prospects: Evan Bouchard, Raphael Lavoie, William Lagesson, Jesse Puljujarvi, Ryan McLeod, Dmitri Samorukov, Ilya Konovalov, Maxim Beryozkin, and Maxim Denezhkin play today.

William Lagesson scored his 3rd of the season in the HockeyAllsvenskan. He has 5 points in 5 games. Pretty good for a defensive defenseman.

Raphael Lavoie
had an assist on the game's opening goal, his 4th point in 6 HockeyAllsvenskan games.

Evan Bouchard
had 7 shots on goal but was held pointless in a 4-0 loss. His team really seems to lack offensive ability. Bouchard also recorded 4 PIMs, increasing his total on the season to 32 in 7 GP.

Jeremias Lindewall was pointless in his HockeyAllsvenskan debut.

Ryan McLeod was held pointless in a 3-0 loss. He has 2 assists in 4 NL games this year and plays again today.

Dmitri Samorukov
got his 5th assist of the season in a 3-1 win. He has 7 points in 16 KHL games.

Maxim Denezhkin scored his team's lone goal in a 3-1 loss. Despite missing 3 games, Denezkhin's 2 goals and 4 points in 7 games lead his team, who are averaging just 1.5 goals a game. His +/- of 0 also leads the team. The club is 1-9 on the year.

^ Maxim Denezhkin, #24 in blue, gets his team on the board. I've got to say, he's stood out in the little I've seen of him. Undersized but a lot of skill.

Philip Broberg and Filip Berglund will face off against each other at 10:00 AM today. Tyler Benson and Ryan McLeod are scheduled to play as well.

Is Slepyshev still a prospect?

They have his rights until the end of next season. I wouldn't mind bringing him over after the KHL season is done.

We're done with him. I'd rather give Benson a shot at Third line with Turris

Philip Broberg and Skelleftea outduelled Filip Berglund and Linkoping by a score of 3-2. Broberg had his minutes toned down this game with just 15:36, while Berglund led both teams in TOI with 23:32.

Ryan McLeod and Tyler Benson were held pointless.

Aapeli Rasanen recorded his first two assists of the season. He has a goal in addition to those two points in 5 games. His first assist came from a faceoff win in the defensive zone, and the other was from a nice pass to the slot.

...

Evan Bouchard (7 AM) and Dmitri Samorukov (8 AM) play today.

Olivier Rodrigue made 28 saves on 30 shots for a 3-2 OT win. His .937 SV% after 2 games is 2nd in the ICEHL, and his GAA of 1.99 also ranks in the top-5. Highlights

Dmitri Samorukov
was held pointless in a CSKA win. He has 7 points in 16 KHL games.

Maxim Denezhkin had a primary assist as Voronezh won just their 2nd game out of 12 total. He has 2-3-5 in 8 games, leading his team. Next up is 4 pts in 11 games. Denezhkin's stats are more impressive than it might seem at first glance.

Evan Bouchard recorded a primary assist on a 5-on-3. His 2 goals and 4 points in 8 games rank 1st among his team's defenseman. He also ranks first in the league in face-off percentage, with a 100% win rate. Anyone else think we should convert him to center?
