I got to go with Fedotov right now, before last season he was an afterthought, but a great VHL campaign, followed by a good KHL cameo, and now a hot KHL start suggests that he turned a corner - and 22 is not old for a goalie prospect, especially one who is 6'8.

Voted Fedotov based on what could be described as recency bias, to be honest.
Ustimenko looked great in the Russian minors but appears to be struggling a bit while adjusting to NA. But it's still an open race for #2 after Carter Hart between all of those second tier guys in reality.
