Kase for me, but realistically is anyone this low on the list going to get even a minimal shot at a roster spot? Ever?

We're down to the dregs (many of whom would have made the top ten 5 years ago!).

NAK and Friedman are the two most NHL ready, and I'd have to give the edge to Friedman as a RHD.
Kase is right behind them, and if healthy is better than either of them.

Millman probably has the most upside of this group.
Attard is the most intriguing.

The rest are role players who'll probably end up on other teams.

I'm torn between Kase, Friedman, Millman and Attard.
Just not sold on NAK's upside, looks like a 4th line forechecker to me, the forward equivalent of Ginning.

It would not surprise me if current management had Friedman rated ahead of Hagg and Morin, but since he’s waiver exempt and they’re not, he won’t get a real chance at a roster spot for a while yet.

I feel like it's really difficult to know what we have in both Morin and Friedman. They've been playing for f***ing Gordon for so long. It's such a handicap. His system is total crap for defensemen. It's practically impossible to look good.

I voted NAK, but Kase has 3rd line upside if he can just stay healthy. Hopefully his run of upper body injuries were just bad luck, rather than the result of him being slightly built.

Ginning getting a decent amount of votes for any top 20 spot is somewhat surprising.

He is a big boy who plays a hard game you see...

After the season Attard just had, I have no idea how anyone could vote for Ginning over him.

Uh, maybe because it's a fluke? I mean if Attard's season was for real, he'd be a first rd pick given his size and decent skating.
We'll see if Attard is for real this year, an overage USHL breakout is a good sign, but nothing you'd want to hang your hat on.

NAK's future is as a fourth line forechecker, Ginning's future is a 3rd line "crease clearer."
So which role is more valuable?

NAK reminds me of another Nodl.

A 3rd pairing defenseman is more valuable than a 4th line wing.

As for Ginning over Attard, Ginning is a year younger than Attard, already has almost 90 SHL games under his belt, & a ton of international experience.

I think Bunnaman is going to be where he belongs in this poll, but Vorobyev should be close by, he's the one I feel has been overrated relative to the Bunny. Both are big centers who lacks a second gear, Vorobyev is the better passer, Bunnaman the better scorer.
Bunnaman is 16 months younger, Vorobyev outplayed him in camp last year.

Both need to take it up another notch defensively to be considered for the 4th line.

I doubt either will be an NHL regular. Bunnaman is stronger & more willing to battle for position, but I’m not sure his garbage-goal style is going to translate to the 4th line role he’ll need to play in the NHL.
