It seems like reports say 1 daughter though? Either way, just a horrific way to go. Like dying is one thing, but I can't imagine those long seconds that they must've felt

This really hit me today. As a Laker fan and being the age that I am, Kobe to me was the basketball player I grew up loving and following. Heartbreaking stuff really. His daughter being with him is a kick right in the gut. Horrible. Hope his wife and other three daughters are able to find peace.

Kobe, imo, was the closest thing to an Heir-apparent to MJ I have ever seen.

Lebron, for all his talent and championships, will never be at the level of either MJ or Kobe.

(and I don't care to hear from the "yeah but..." people who are Lebron fans. Now is not the time for that)
