The only reason LA made the Machado trade can be summed up in 3 words: No Corey Seager.

Has anyone lost three World Series in a row? You have to think the Dodgers are gonna be right there again next year in the playoffs

I haven’t watched as much baseball as I would have liked in recent years but this was a pretty fun night and pretty fun postseason with the Red Sox taking out the Yankees and both teams who were in the World Series last year.

Red Sox went all those years and are now already back tied for third most World Series Championships

Price has to be the first starting pitcher in a long time to win 2 games in an LCS or WS not to win the MVP. Hell, even Jeff Suppan won it

I predicted this back in July.

Congrats Bo sox fans. Feel bad but kind of funny LA lost 2 straight in the World Series. Rangers twitter account was trolling? Said support group for back to back World Series loses meet on Tuesday.

Kershaw remain a Dodger?

LA didn't stand a chance in this series

they would've been swept easily if it wasn't for kinsler

Would Milwaukee have fared any better? Their rotation was suspect and they didn’t have guys that would have held up as well as Hill/Buehler did.

Nothing will ever beat me when the 2016 schedule was released in August 2015 saying “Mets opening vs Royals? Rematch of the 2015 World Series I see”.

Speaking of which, these teams are slated to face off next season

You can really argue the Phillies and royals should have lost back to back World Series as well. Both felt as if outside of small portions of the series they won were largely outplayed in the games despite both winning in 5

A season for the ages for Boston. 119-57, .676 ball from the start of April to the end of October. That's gotta be in the conversation for one of the top 5 championship seasons since WWII.

Would the Brewers have fared any better had the NLCS gone differently?

They were the opposite of LA- stellar bullpen, subpar starting rotation.
