This is for Rochester, right? Starting half your FWs and half of the D-corps (Dahlin) as rookies is just asking them to get caved in on a regular basis and "learn" from that. Not, gonna, happen.

If all of those guys start in Rochester, we will have like 7 verified anchors in our forward corps, and last season will be duplicated.

Not even Rasmus Dahlin would keep me interested in this season past 20 games if we're going with a full vet lineup at forward. Especially if our game plan again is to hold on for dear life at even strength and try to squeak games out on the PP. Which is what it appears to be so far in pre-season.

I wasn't sure. But I agree that the Amerks should be great this season, and it's about time.

But given Pilut’s rawness, the Sabres might want him to acclimate a bit in the AHL. If that’s the case, Tennyson, whose 200-foot game impressed Housley last season, could have an edge.
