Good luck this week, folks!
PPR Pick 1:
Austin Hooper or Jaylen Samuels at TE? CAR is one of the worst against TE, and Conner is expected back this week. FA options include Rudolph, Ian Thomas and Uzomah.
Brate or Engram? Standard scoring.
Standard scoring, pick 1:
Gus Edwards @ LAC
Peyton Barber @ Dal
Damien Williams @ Sea
I've got Lamar Miller @ Phi as well but he's pretty banged up and barely played last week, so I think I'm gonna sit him.
Would be really hard to pass on Henry at this point!
If Conner is back, I think Hooper is the way to go.
Engram feels safer, Brate has the TD upside though. If OBJ is back, I may lean Brate, if OBJ is out, I go Engram.
Easily Williams if Ware is out this week. Otherwise I'm sending out the Gus Bus
Good news is I made the finals in one of my leagues.
Bad news is, got decimated by injuries and have some tough choices ahead.
QB: Dak Prescott vs Jameis Winston vs Lamar Jackson
RB2: Mark Ingram vs Jaylen Samuels
FLEX: Robby Anderson vs Antonio Callaway vs Curtis Samuel vs Ingram/Samuels
Prescott. All three are boom/bust but I'd say Dak is the safest bet.
Ingram. Unless Conner sits, then I'd lean Samuels.
Anderson. I dropped Samuel for him this week. He has like 25 targets the last three games, and from watching the Jets game last week its clear he's the guy there once again.
EDIT: didn't see the Ingram/Samuels in the flex. I guess if Conner is in I'd go Ingram at RB2 and Anderson FLEX, if Conner is out, I would go with Samuels at RB2 and Ingram FLEX.
Although I don't think that Henry will repeat his success of the last two weeks, it would be borderline insane not to start him.
If Conner is back, Hooper at TE.
If Conner is out, put Samuels in your TE spot.
Samuels is a great roster piece if you don't have one of the Top TE's.
Dak - He's got the most weapons and is also a rushing threat who can score multiple ways.
Ingram if Conner plays Sunday - Samuels if Conner is out.
If Conner is out put Samuels at RB2 and put Ingram at your Flex.
If Conner plays, put Ingram in your RB2 - Put Callaway in your Flex.
Need a QB (lost Cam) and a Flex, and a D, full ppr
L. Jackson, or pick up Foles, Keenum or Mariota (the only decent options)
Samuels if Conner is out, Hooper if Conner plays
A Pittsburgh newspaper said that Conner is unlikely to play.
Brate is touchdown or bust. I echo the comments above that if Odell is out, start Engram.
Williams for sure if Ware is out, but he was able to practice yesterday (Ware, that is). I think Edwards honestly will be a victim of game flow, so that leaves Barber by default. I think Tampa will keep it close.
I would rank these QB replacements:
Flex: Jamaal Williams
-He's the only legit RB for Green Bay going into this week and the Jets aren't so hot.
NYG offense is struggling. And without OBJ they don't really have many options in the passing game. They do have Saquon Barkley, but I can't imagine them trying to run the brakes off of him in a game like this.
So I lost my top 3 recievers this season.
What two do I go in the Championship games (PPR):
- Corey Davis
- Mike Williams
- Robby Anderson
This is really really bad but I have nothing here. I know Edelman for sure, but if Keenan Allen is out, I have to go with Mike Williams right?
Championship game - 1/2PPR league
Cousins @ DET
Allen @ NE
Jackson @ LAC
Pick one WR and one Flex
A-Rob @ SF
R Anderson vs GB
Wilson Jr. vs CHI
Ballage vs. JAX
Foster @ NE
Henry's been too good lately to sit. Conner's out so I'd definitely go Samuels.
Definitely Engram, especially if OBJ is out. Brate is too TD dependent.
Damien if Ware's out (which I don't think he will be), so that said, Gus.
Dak should have a strong bounce back game this week. Conner is out so definitely Samuels over Ingram. Flex Anderson. He's been heavily invilinv lately and Darnold has actually looked competent.
Watson, Luck, or Allen.
Flex - Ware, KC Williams, Ballage, Ingram, Mike Davis, or a waiver WR like Anderson, Pettis, Hamilton, etc.
Defense - Dolphins, Colts, Browns
0.5 PPR, 4-point passing TDs.
Even if Keenan Allen plays I would probably still go with Mike Williams. He is expected to play, but I would imagine he'll be somewhat limited and the Chargers aren't going to be feeding him the ball quite as much as they usually would.
Cousins vs Detroit.
For QB I'd probably go with DeShaun Watson.
Luck would be my second pick, but I can't imagine NYG keeping pace with the Colts, so Indy will probably lean more on the rushing game.
Which williams are you talking about? And since you put Ware in that list I'm guessing this is for a Flex position?
Defense - I'd go with the Dolphins. I actually just picked them up on my waiver wire for their match-up.
Flex, standard scoring: Kalen Ballage, Mike Williams, or Jordan Howard?
If Allen is like 50% I feel like Williams could have another massive game, but obviously more risk than either of the RBs. I have Robby Anderson as WR2, was going to put Williams there if Allen wasn't going to go. I'm in the finals and the points projections are like 105-103 so it's not like I have to play a bunch of lottery tickets to have a chance..
NPPR Pick 1 for my championship game:
-I had Josh Gordon, but uhhhh y'all know what happened. PLease help me out!!
I'd definitely go Anderson. Darnold has looked much better lately and has kept Anderson very involved. Also, on the advanced stats Jaire Alexander isn't quite as worrisome of a matchup as one may have thought.
Lamar Jackson vs Chargers or Mayfield vs Bengals? 4 pt per passing td
Mike Williams (regardless if Keenan Allen plays) vs Ravens, James Washington (if JuJu doesnt play) vs Saints or Landry vs Bengals? 0.5 PPR
Williams and Edelman
Anderson and Robinson
I only made one final out of all of my leagues...
If Gurley sits, Duke Johnson vs. CIN or Wilson Jr. vs. CHI? .5 PPR
Edit: It's probably Wilson since he plays a late afternoon game.
Chargers defense or Colts defense???
Calvin Ridley or Mike Williams??
Separate names with a comma.
