The only way is to ignore the user who made the thread. But if they end up making a thread you might care about you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Show Ignored Content" next to the post new thread button.

Thanks! That's a shame because I have nothing against that OP. I just don't want to constantly see all these threads about that league wide mock draft. In past year's I know it's broken out into 2 or 3 other threads.
