Cody Bellinger is named NLCS MVP. Didn’t do much in the series besides that homerun but honestly can’t think of who I would have preferred to have won that award.

Some years, it's easier than others. Not every LCS MVP can be 2015 Daniel Murphy or 1989 Rickey Henderson.

They humiliated two 100+ win teams. The dodgers will be a cakewalk in comparison IMO.

There's a big advantage for LAD when Boston loses the DH and has to double switch and pinch hit for pitchers. JDM is a brutal defender and Mookie hasn't played middle infield in years.

The Dodgers had a better run differential than their team last year that won 104 games and also better than the Yankees this year. You are underselling the Dodgers. I think Boston wins but I don't see this as an easy series for the Sox.

That's why they play the games.

I mean, this is a message board for a sport where basically teams with gaudy records have had more pratfalls than triumphs.

Lest we forget the trevails of the President's Trophy.

Absolutely this. I said back in July that Dodgers were the best team in NL even when they were playing. 500 ball. Dodgers are a good team and they'll take it up to Boston. I think Boston wins but it'll be far from easy.

The Red Sox would have had an easier time with the Brewers.

This will be no cakewalk.

Props to the Brewers, taking it to 7 games against a team with a massive payroll and an actual playoff caliber starting rotation.

This should be a big ratings World Series which is good for the sport.
