I’m more confused why he went to Hader that early than why he pulled him. Going to him that early is highly unlikely to change the outcome of the game. If you win going to him that early it probably means the Dodgers pitching imploded and you blew them out. If you lose it probably means you had nobody left after him, didn’t score and lost. So the reality is result is the same going to anyone else for 3-4 innings

Had they gone to someone else it'd probably be 5-1 after 3 and Hader warming up in the pen.

BTW that Taylor catch should have been a routine out. He just took the wrong route to the ball which made it 100 times better looking than it was

The corpse of Ryan Madson is really gonna shut down the Brewers for two innings? Man the Puig HR really did suck the life out of them.

This has been an awful postseason for baseball other than getting a big market World Series. None of the first-round series went the distance and the ALCS was over in 5...this series ends with a dud Game 7 like last year's WS after a great first six and will probably be remembered more for the Machado nonsense than anything else.

I can't believe I bet right on both LCS.

If the WS goes 7 games. I'm gonna assume you're all in your Halloween costumes for game 7. ;)

To use a hockey analogy, the Brewers were the 1989 Penguins- you gotta lose before you can win.

Not everyone can go from 0 to 100- even the Royals dealt with game 7 heartbreak a year prior to winning it all.

The Royals probably played worse in the 2015 World Series than they did 2014. They basically had 5 good innings and it was enough to win the series. I thought that Yost cost them the 2014 series with some bad moves

The good news if you’re LA is even if you lose the back to back World Series you can’t possibly lose it as bad as the 2011 Rangers

It would feel just as bad. I was alive in 1988 even though I have no memory of it. Been waiting for a championship for a long time.

All year long, it seemed like everyone was burying the Dodgers.

They simply were the team that refused to go away. Many tried to throw dirt on them, but they kept rising up.

And a team that has been here before.... when you haven't been here before ala Milwaukee, experience matters.
