What's taking USC so long to get rid of Clay Helton

They apparently owe Clay Helton $15M+ in a buyout.

Gotta think B.C. would go hard after Ryan Day.

Honestly I don’t see what’s wrong with Addazio

Addazzio led them to a 7 win record

    BC was good this year

No need to fire someone like him. Suspect Day takes over for Urb after Urb resigns at the end of the year

Can't lose 5 games in a row like they did. With the way the NFL is heading I wouldn't be shocked if he's on a staff next year in some capacity.

Damn, forgot all about that. It's a shame, seems like it'd be a good fit otherwise.

It would most likely be in an analyst role or assistant to the HC. Kind of like Bret Bielema in New England.

Exactly. Let him get a taste of NFL coaching. He'll never want to go back to college. Bielema said he's never going back after spending the year in New England.
