Cavs need someone on Horford who isn't Love.

Cavs offense looks woeful too, got nothing but hoisting up threes Hungry athletic Celtics D got them rattled.

Brad Stevens doing work.
Celtics playing team basketball right now.

Does Cleveland know how to rebound?
They are severely lacking today.

Cavs somehow not winning a playoff game

That's easy. Toronto isn't around.

Cleveland is still likely going to win this series. Boston is better than last year despite being without Irving. Coupled with Cleveland being significantly weaker.

But the best player on the court is still LeBron. This series will mirror Cleveland-Indiana and possibly go seven.

LeBron trying to feather these pretty passes round isn't going to cut it because these Cs defenders aren't letting anyone get a look. He needs to start getting into the paint.

Shows how much hungry the Celtics are, where was this from the Raptors last series? Boston hustling hard for rebounds, plays, shot selection..

Celtics playing with a chip on their shoulder.

Are you not watching this game? The Celtics are clogging the paint, LeBron is doing what he always does in those situations he’s passing it to shooters on the perimeter.

That’s pretty much how’s hes played his entire career. The Celtics are long and athletic they’re able close out those permitter shots better than Toronto was.

Better coaching
Better players
Stronger mentally

It took only one half on the first game today to prove once again how fragile and overrated the Raptors are.

I will also say that Marcus Morris has always done a good job at guarding LeBron. First with the Pistons and now with the Celtics.

He won't be able to stop him as no one can. But you can wear him down. Which is also a bit easier as he no longer has Kyrie Irving.

His shooters on the perimeter can barely get open to get the ball nevermind get a clean shot. It's pretty clearly not working, look at the numbers those shooters have put up this game, they're horrible.

They're barely clogging the paint, they're chasing these perimeter shooters that are sprayed out everywhere. How many times have we seen LeBron this game try to actually take it to the basket, as the tank that he is.

Hell Clarkson was the only one who looked to do it.

If he can penetrate then maybe these shooters will get a better look because he's going to keep the d more honest, as it stands they're all over these guys on the arc and it's resulted in little more than trash 3s that haven't fallen at all.

If Cleveland is going to win this series they’re going to have to do it the hard way. They’re not going to beat Boston by LeBron getting his 30-40 pts and the rest of the team shooting 3s. Boston defends the perimeter too well.

The Celtics have been quite resilient this season. Completely dominated the Cavs today, their winning the East wouldn't surprise me at all at this point.

Will be interesting to see how the game tonight plays out... just hope HOU doesn't get blown out, especially not at home.

Celtics looked great yesterday. I wouldn't overreact to the blowout because it's only one game and while their defense was good, the Cavs role players also missed a bunch of open shots early. LeBron was pretty bad though so going forward it'll be interesting to see if that was something the Celtics did or if he just had a poor game.

I think losing a tight close squeaker by 1-2 possessions (1-6 points) might be harder to bounce back from IMO.

Well, either way, one game doesn't make a series. Everybody and their mother is expecting GS to win the series fairly easily so who knows, maybe the Rockets will be more relaxed tonight.

I think whoever wins tonight wins the series. Will be good for Houston to win the series and show they can beat the more talented Warriors team.
