Mm, Davies or Zetterlund for me. I am a really big fan of Zetterlund, he reminds of a Swedish Palmieri but even more built. Davies had an incredible season and looks like he could be a steal. It'll be interesting to see how he and Northeastern play without Gaudette and Sikura. It's really close but I'll go with Davies.

Macblack hate is so premature. I cant believe prospects who haven't even touched professional ice are ranked higher.

Bet people would've ranked colton white higher last year, but look at him now

Blackwood's season is the forward equivalent of playing in half the games and scoring 2 goals. I think I'd rank him above Baddock, Hoeschler, Pikkala, maybe White, and maybe Jacobs. But it's a pretty short list.

Bing was totally trash in front of him though

He put up one of the worst save percentages in the AHL over the last 10 years, and everyone who played significant time in Binghamton put up better numbers. He was bad.

Some people blame the goalie when the puck goes in, some people blame the defense. When I watch games, I tend to be a 'defend the goalie' guy. But if a goalie is giving up goals on 12% of shots in the AHL, something is very wrong with his game.

yes i would like to see blackwood in front of a competent team and see how he performs rather than just run a stat sheet comparison like it’s apples to apples. the quality of the team in front makes a difference

he’s obviously not nhl ready but he’s not hopeless yet i don’t see the point of banging the drum to give up on him. we have like half a dozen goalies in the system, he’ll end up wherever he deserves to end up
