Every year there's a mock draft done by the team boards of HF -- here are the results of 2015, 2016, and 2017. Rules are easy: just pick the player you want your team to draft based on who is still available; "trade the pick" is not an option ;)

I went with Lundestrom, I think he could be a nice piece, reliable two way guy that has that jack of all trades quality to him, not really the home run type of pick, but I also really like K'Andre Miller. In fact, I think I might just flip flop. Big mobile D that converted from forward is really raw but has great tools. Yep, I'm flip flopping. Ottawa has gone after converts from forward in the past with Harpur and Gendron, those guys were later in the draft though. Miller could be a stud.

I voted Jett Woo just for his name.

That way, whenever he scores you can say (in Tennessee slang) "Wooo doggy that there was a nice goal!"

Plus, his goal song can be Benny and the Jets. The Senators need more Elton!

Queen's
voted sandin. I think he's played extremely solid at all levels so far in his career. He's put up extremely good numbers this season while playing on SSM's second pairing which is quite impressive but I worry that they were just so deep up front that his numbers might still be inlfated a little. But he's extremely smart and processes the game very well. I hope he's there for us at 22

Any one of Kaut, A. Thomas or Wise will do for me. Went with Thomas. Wouldn't be mad with either of Woo or Sandin though.

Voted Woo... Meant to vote Jake Wise.

I actually voted for Woo by mistake too. He's probably the last guy on the list I would want to pick.

Anyways, tons of good players left here. Lunderstrom would be my choice, but can't go wrong with lots of these guys.

I could see the Sens go relatively off the board here. Liam Foudy is a name to keep an eye on.

Isac Lundestrom. I don't know everyone on that list well enough to really offer an opinion, but I enjoy his game from what I've seen.
