Only hate I have to contribute is the spelling of Boqvist. Otherwise, I think it's a good idea for those that miss these signings to have a place where they can see them all.

Why the hate? Its one place from where you can find all of the names. Its smart to post a thread like this.
I appreciate having a quick reference. One suggestion is to place what selection overall they were drafted at on the list :)

I believe all Euros with contracts have to be signed by July 15th for the transfer agreement, so that's why it's been almost all Euros thus far.

It's exciting to see the new class sign their contracts and live the dream.

Why do teams sign players to ELCs who will just end up going back to their junior club/Europe? Wouldn't it be better to keep their rights and not sign them until the last possible time?

For couple of examples; Riley Tufte (2016 1st round ,25th pick, Dallas) has yet to sign,
Cole Makar, (2017 4th overall) has yet to sign.
So, there are teams that does not automatically sign their 1st rounders :)

Trent Frederic,2016 1st rounder,Boston, not signed
Ryan Poehling, 2017 1st rounder, Montreal, not signed
Jake Ottinger, 2017, 1st rounder, Dallas, not signed

This is essentially Colorado's philosophy but getting first rounders at least under contract is customary, to give their signing bonuses out early. Plus by doing that the cap hit goes down slightly. Also signed prospects can hang around in camp longer, play a few NHL games before returning. No need to jerk around your high end guys.

College guys can't sign and go back to school so they are the ones who stay unsigned until they are ready to play pro.
