It was bad before, but now it's dull. NHL wants to be so polite and dull, took away draft which produced some kind of drama and funny/golden moments. all involving ovie. Bring back the draft! I wanna see drunk ovie or insensitive ovie taking the pic of kessel

I'd rather see the real hardest shots in the competition. There are 5 or 6 guys that can hit 100 mph and I'm pretty sure none are in this event. I dont think any of these guys have been clocked that high.

Ovechkin’s shot speed is likely hampered by the insane flex on his stick. Kind of amazed he can get that sort of power on a slap shot.

Ovi hit 101 mph 2 years ago. He absolutely has one of the 5 hardest shots in the league.

Not impossible, the one timer has the momentum of the pass coming in. In reality, you would hit your hardest possible shot on a one timer if you skated into it.

I dont think so. He just gets it off so quick. He has to have the best one timer in the league.
