Have to like the Habs going "Detroit"-style, drafting lesser known European talent.

My one beef is the lack of creativity. I was hoping Montreal had been able to package some of these second-round picks for an extra first-rounder and a shot at Merkley, Beaudin or O'Brien but let's hope they can strike gold with one of today's draftees.

He definitely shares some traits with DLR. His hands and creativity is better, but he is less mean than DLR was in his draft year. He is a beast on draws and already plays a strong game. A really good bet to be a C at the NHL. If he can get more consistent offensively he could be a top 6.

My favourite pick of our draft. I think he has top 6 upside and a high floor too. I had him as a late first rounder.

Never saw him but not sure how he compares to DLR, who at the same age in the same league put up 12 pts in 38 games, Olofsson had 21 in 43 and was 3rd on his team in goals.

I thought that the Habs had four second rounders.

I see 35, 38, and 57. Where's the 4th?
