While Arsenal and Chelsea are in a good spot, I would still think of Sevilla as the clear favourite. They were just recently on top of La Liga and are still very much in the title race there, much more so that the two English teams are in the EPL. Of course a lot depends on what happens over the winter and what form the teams are in come spring.

i think they will rotate more because of their title challenge this season. Arsenal and Chelsea squads are simply deeper.

Sevilla have no chance to win La Liga and should be secure in the top 4, Napoli have no chance to win Serie A and should be 2-3 at worst so they can go all in for the Europa. Chelsea and Arsenal at least one of them will probably need the Europa title to qualify for Champions League. Arsenal certainly need some European Silverware as well. The draw will be fun on monday.

Arsenal and Chelsea will likely be in a position where they’re not guaranteed top 4 and can’t just ignore Europe knowing a win there may end up being their ticket to the CL.

Sevilla, and much more Napoli, will easily be in a CL spot but likely not have a chance at their league title so they’ll also go all out to win European hardware.

So we should have another fun Europa knockout stage!

Feel for Eintracht, go through a tough group in perfect record but draw one of the tougher unseeded teams

Smooth sailing for the English clubs, think both Malmo and BATE will still be in winter break as well

Tough for Rennes here. Betis player handles the ball in front of the box, passes to Lo Celso who actually slips while shooting which beats the keeper.

3-1 after a bogus penalty call in favor of Rennes. Makes up for the handball, though I'm sure Rennes would rather be up 2-0 than 3-1.

Well, maybe the penalty wasn't that bogus after all since Sarr has to leave with injury.

Meanwhile Arsenal is losing at Borisov.

Sarri should take his opportunity and by lots of snus now that he's in Sweden
