Well if that is it Sudbury did okay in my books but I really feel 4th in the conference could be a problem without the addition of the above mentioned player or players. Not keen on filling vacant positions up front with affiliate's.

The deadline has passed. Kitchener players blocked deals. Sudbury made an effort but too little too late. Run with what they have. Another scoring right winger would have been nice however it wasn't meant to be. Getting two 4th for players who were not going to play much is better than nothing. And getting the 5th for Malik was a bonus since we upgraded our import. We maintain the 2nd that we own of Barrie that will make for an important selection. Winning round is possible however the Wolves lack of depth will not help them get passed a 2nd round.

Well that was an overwhelming last day of trades.:sarcasm:
Guelph and Oshawa are the clear winners this year. Ottawa standing pat on the last day is a . They could have ran away with the title easily with the picks they had. They made it a closer race so we will see if it was the right move.

Would love to see a complete list by team who bought and sold what? Guelph would have a HUGE turnover!

Guelph traded away 5 players 15 picks and 4 conditional picks to get 7 players 5 picks and three conditionals since the start of December

If you go into December trades for Guelph they sent:
Merkley
Bertuzzi
Primeau

Kirwin
Woolley
and Poirier

and added:
Gogolev
Entwistle
Phillips
Gordeev
Suzuki
Durzi
and Roberts

The top 3 were all traded for picks which were flipped in the later trades. I am not going to track all the picks because you can find that on the link above and I don't have the time. In summary though, the Storm still have a 2nd and 3rd round pick in 2019 and still have their 2018 1st rounder Chayka.

So yes, it is a huge turnover in lineup and will be exciting to watch!
