Holtzmann is starting to disappoint after a great first year at OSU. But even more startling is seeing Archie Miller struggle at Indiana. They lost several in a row and went from ranked to garbage rather fast.

Now people are calling for his head.

Been hard on Indiana not for personal reasons but because they were ranked and lost 7 straight. That's inexcusable. I expect more out of a coach like Archie Miller. Losing 7 straight at IU is not okay. That being said, they beat MSU so they are immune from wrath for now.

So when was the last time a team scored 14 points in the first half of a game and then did WORSE in the second half?

Liberty at Lipscomb for first place in the A-Sun! I think Lipscomb will win a game in the NCAAs if they make it.

(Yes, I'm probably the only one in the world watching this game.)

Edit: Liberty wins. Lipscomb won on Liberty's home floor earlier this season.

March is almost here!

In the "nobody gives a **** department" (except me), Furman and UNC Greensboro are in a tight game in the Socon.

Edit: Furman pulled away late and won by 10. Matt Rafferty had 26 and 10. Watch out for him in March should Furman make the dance.

Dayton was down 22 in the second half. They have roared back to take the lead against a good VCU team.

Edit: VCU takes the lead with 6 seconds left and wins by one. What a game.

I’ll be attending each of the Pirates’ last five games of the regular season to do my part. If we win at home against Xavier and one of St. John’s or Georgetown away, we’ll be firmly in control of our own destiny.
