So final conclusion from the game was that Loewen was OK but nothing spectacular. Not necessarily a high chance we will ever see him in a Stars shirt IMHO.

Loewen is an amazing story and seems like a great young man but yeah, he's a longshot.

He's not having a very good offensive season in his fifth year in the WHL and he's about to turn 21. That's not an encouraging sign but ultimately he was a 7th round pick.

He will obviously never make the NHL.. he is an overage kid that can't put up a PPG in the WHL. That is sad.
