I'm moving to the area shortly and would love if someone could post a more detailed rundown of the roster.
The Cats won't have trouble scoring goals this year.
Jeremy McKenna had 77 points last year as an 18 year old, he'll be back and likely lead the team in scoring, but they have scary depth with Jakob Pelletier (high end prospect for the 2019 NHL draft), Anderson MacDonald (almost 60 goals in his first 2 years), Mika Cyr and Alexander Khavonov (Wild 3rd round pick). All of these guys can realistically score between 20-30 goals this year.

It's keeping pucks out that will be the challenge. The team was poor defensively last year and lost their MVP and captain in Nick Welsh on the backend. They don't really have a true number 1 D and they'll likely be relying on rookie Jordan Spence in their top 4.

Goaltending is interesting. Mark Grametbauer would be the starter, but he's out until around christmas with an injury. They went out and got Francis Leclerc to replace him, and he should do fine, he's a reliable #1. The problem is the Wildcats didn't have a backup last year, and combined with a pours defense they overworked Grametbauer and he started to slip as the regular season went on. Hopefully one of their rookies can come in and play 15-20 games without the team having to worry about an implosion between the pipes.

I personally see the Wildcats as a midpack team, like 12-8 range in the standings, but they can beat anyone on any given night with their firepower.

Hows the team doing this yr

The q is horrible for updating their website

They have been pretty good overall.

Struggled a bit in December without Khovanov and Rodrigue (wjhc) and Pelletier (inj).

Solid at both ends of the ice. Consistently seem to get 40+ shots per game since the trade deadline.
