Chiarelli for sure. He did get fired, after all.

The Koskinen contract was the final straw

Chiarelli, Fenton, and maybe Botterill as a distant third.

None of Chiarelli's moves can be rationally explained in the slightest.

Flipping Wideman and a 3rd for Petrovic at least made a bit of sense. Outside of that, it's a lot of questionable decisions, or overpayments or both.

I’d give Bob Murray a vote.
Brought in Carlyle repeat.
Our defense depth has turned into a bit of a question mark, and our gains from that are limited.
Rode Carlyle until we had no playoff chance and we were in a high pick spot.
Then we fire Carlyle and play our way out of a great chance at a high pick.

I like that we played well late season after Carlyle, and don’t like absolute tanking, but we showed we could have really pushed for the playoffs had we gotten rid of Carlyle last season, or after we started looking somdamned pathetic.

GMBM has really done a solid job over the years, and our drafting record could see us retool quickly, but this season was a damned mess from his standpoint imo

Jim Nill.

Played Russian roulette with the season, and continued to downgrade the roster with each move he made, until finally getting something kind of right with Zuccarello.
Wasted cap space on Cogliano, Oleksiak, Lovejoy and failed to address dire needs at scoring. if not for Amazing goaltending, we're talking a lotto team because of his ineptitude

Not to mention the whole "horseshit" situation is squarely on him for putting together a very mediocre roster and expecting everyone to chip in 5-10 more goals
