No waivers, but players that are not on ELC or AHL deal have to agree to it.

Poehling will have to really **** the bed to not start in Montreal. He was already a virtual lock before Shaw was traded.

He has looked great and thought he'd look good right from the get go.But having as many as they do on the roster,would prefer him to play and get relaxed in the A unless playing regularly.

He'll play regularly as CJ rolls the lines and we don't have many plugs. Even if he is on the 4th line with two of Lehkonen, Byron and Weal he will be in a positive matchup with talented linemates. Then throw in the fact that he is the obvious successor to Shaw on the PP and there is absolutely no reason to put him in the AHL.

He is ready to learn at the NHL level.

he impressed last year so I think he sticks and Waked at this point it doesn't really matter as it will likely be his last season with us.

Lamarche and Culkin also. Although Culkin was in the ECHL most of last season. He is good depth as whenever he was called up to Laval, he looked good.
