I'll go Astros in 7. Rooting for Houston, last time a Big-4 team from that city won a Championship was 1995.

(yes I am aware of the Dynamo)

Dodgers win with the homefield advantage. Houston has sucked on the road in this postseason so far.

LA's not as intimidating a venue as Fenway or Yankee Stadium. The Dodgers' main edge is their pen against Houston's pen. Everywhere else is fairly equal although the Astros' rotation is pitching better than the Dodgers' right now.

Keuchel/Verlander vs. Kershaw in Game 1 is definitely appointment TV.

Please end my sports curse and have Houston win it all. Houston in 6 games. Still want to see Japanese succeed unless it's in an elimination game so Darvish/Maeda pitches well for the Dodgers.

Well now I have to vote for dodgers thanks

In all seriousness, have to vote dodgers in 7 here. Can’t vote for a team that doesn’t have elite pitching vs elite pitching

But again I’ll say, Houston gets above average pitching they take it in 6-7

This is the first world series in a while that I'm legitimately interested in both teams and wouldn't mind seeing either one of 'em winning. That said I'll give the edge to the Astros. Popcorn is ready.

Having Keuchel/Verlander go in Games 1 & 2 on the road will be huge, if the Astros can get one or even two out of LA then come home for three inside that insane asylum, they could take it. This will be a fun one to watch.
