I'd say Thomas and Hooper. Hooper over Coleman is tough but he has a more reliable qb throwing to him.

Parker or Hogan? Also, great idea putting all the matchups in the OP.

Not all that seriously entertaining Cohen yet, but I can see arguments for any of the first 3. West is probably the safest, Kupp has the most upside, and Kelley is more of a mix of both.

I like the matchup for Brown, but man, can I trust Palmer after that last performance? Brown did get 9 targets though, and that could increase with the injury to DJ...am I overthinking this?

Do we even know if Amendola is going to play? Last I heard he was still in the concussion protocol. If he does play, that could change things, especially with your PPR.

Agreed, Targets are a key indicator. That production off of that usage is not repeatable.
