Makar then Hischier is simple enough

Though people shouldn't be surprised if Hischier climbs back into the top-3 over time - his team has been real poor so once they grow his totals will rise, plus he is already strong in the two-way department

Suzuki and Makar. I’m really high on Suzuki. Hischier after them.

Makar had 100 percent of the vote. Now it’s 96.4%. There’s a reason all 27 votes prior to yours was for Makar.

Way to be that guy lol

Lmao! My brain told me “it’s obviously Makar, duh”, but my heart kept whispering “Suzukiiiiii”. I had to follow my heart. But fear not, there’ll be a vote (or more) for... Liljegren.

on an related note, for those who followed this draft, how come maker, petterson, and heiskanen didn't get the hype hischier and patrick did?

Makar and Pettersson because of the leagues they played in. Heiskanen just wasnt flashy. Most people had Heiskanen and Makar 3 and 4, but no one had Pettersson in the top 5 and some had him closer to 10.

That’s a fantastic top three. Looks like there’s a BIG drop off to number four.

As of now, but it's a very recent draft, some guys will close the gap. There's not a lot of guys in every draft that become as good as quickly as that top-3

Overall, it's going to be a pretty good draft (not my exact order)

Hischier
Patrick (can he put his injury problems behind?)
Robert Thomas
Martin Necas
Nick Suzuki
Kailer Yamamoto
Filip Chytil
Henri Jokiharju

But all these guys are good/great prospects and most will "rise" soon (not my exact order) :

Cody Glass
Gabriel Vilardi
Josh Norris
Drake Batherson
Erik Brannstrom
Alex Formenton
Juuso Valimaki
Owen Tippett
Timothy Liljegren
Morgan Frost
Eeli Tolvanen
Emil Bemstrom
Maxime Comtois
Casey Mittelstadt
Michael Rasmussen
Alexandre Texier
Nicolas Hague
Jason Robertson
Jesper Boqvist
Jack Studnicka
Conor Timmins
Morgan Geekie
Cayden Primeau
Jake Oettinger

I probably forgot a few
