It's not that hard to believe. Rielly is the 2nd best Dman in the whole league and Liljegren has just as high if not higher potential.

Honestly? Given the stuff I've read about Lily since he was drafted, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if you were.

He wouldnt even go in the 1st round again in a redraft so theres that

He is. After 6 or 7 this looks more like an”who was rushed into the league the fastest” type of list.

Remember where Petterson was rated in re-drafts this summer? Many of the guys who are developing properly, like Liljegren, will make their mark in the NHL when it’s time.

Right now, Liljegren’s 0.50 PPG in the AHL as a 19 year old defenceman is very good (and stacks up well to his other 1st round peers).
