Engvall, but a lot of these guys left off of the list (and some near the end like Engvall) could skyrocket next year.

2016-to-2017 Relative Rankings
--> 2017- Rank is the 2017 Rankings minus the players who joined the organization in the last calendar year (i.e. Liljegren, Borgman).
--> 2016- Rank is the 2016 Rankings minus the players who are no longer with the organization (i.e. Leipsic) or have graduated to the Maple Leafs (i.e. Matthews).
--> The resulting rankings is of the players that remain and their change relative to each other, which should give a good impression of who’s stock is rising and who’s is dropping.
--> Players who were ranked outside of the top 30 in 2016 (i.e. Middleton) are listed as ‘NR’ (
“not rankedâ€) and their change is listed as “N/A†(“not applicableâ€). Because they were listed outside of top 30, their 2016- Rank could have been as high as 19 or as low as 29 — 12 players in the 2016 top 30 graduated or are no longer with the organization and an additional 6 outside of the top 30 are also no longer with the organization. They are included because some have jumped ahead of other prospects who did crack the 2016 top 30.

Great job with putting this all together, might not agree with all the rankings but that's a pretty good consensus for them. Nothing really sticks out too much about their placement.
