I don't know if found your solution yet, but the two accounts (Stub Hub and 1909) are separate.

As a seller, once my tickets are sold I would get an email confirmation with your email address.

I login to my 1909 App and transfer the tickets to the Email address of the buyer. If the tickets are not available it may be that the person didn't do the transfer right away (it should be done by now since this was a weeks ago) or that the email address you gave was different with the one you created your 1909 account with.

I have row DD and am confused as to it being Platinum or Prestige

Is the first row, AA, the only Platinum section? Or does Platinum extend a few rows back as well? Or is it that after row AA, its considered Prestige, while being in the double letters.

Yes, platinum is basically ice level AA. BB and so on becomes prestige.
