Here's the (mostly) complete list. I still need to confirm some agreement lengths and I'm not 100% sure about Ottawa and Wichita [their only ECHL assignment so far had been to Brampton]).

... I'm not 100% sure about Ottawa and Wichita ... .
Their original affiliation was announced as a single-year agreement. I doubt the W'Thunder would've extended that once the EDM/BAK agreement was signed.

BTW: At the single and double-A levels of hockey, most team media/communications directors and/or staff members are quite responsive to questions regarding such simple things as affiliations (once the agreements are made public). So if you remain unsure about certain relationships, you could send an E-mail to the lower-level team and have a pretty good chance of a response. Mentioning that you're seeking the info on behalf of a large group of hockey fans (as moderator of a fan message board) could improve your chances of a helpful response, because the recipient is likely to see it as a chance to drum up interest - read: "ticket sales" - for their team.

A Cyclones player has been loaned to the Belleville Senators. Possible unofficial for Ottawa?

Admirals and Predators Terminate Affiliation November 28, 2017/in Press Releases /by Norfolk Admirals
NORFOLK, VA. – The ECHL’s Norfolk Admirals today announced the organization is no longer affiliated with the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League and the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League. The team will remain in Norfolk and continue to have a strong presence in the community.
“The affiliation change announced today does not affect the normal daily operations of the team or the Admirals’ organization as a whole, but is a sign of the commitment this organization has to do whatever it takes to ensure the team’s success here in Hampton Roads,” said Chief Revenue Officer Trent Ferguson. “The only thing that drives our business and team decisions is our continued mission to create a shining organization that this area can be proud of.”
The decision does not affect the status of Head Coach Robbie Ftorek and his staff.
The Admirals will continue the season on the road in Jacksonville with a pair of games on Thursday and Saturday against the Icemen.

Tulsa, Bakersfield, and Edmonton renew affiliation through 2018/2019
The Oilers are back together, as the hockey gods intended.

So, to be clear, neither statement is true.

The Tulsa Oilers were not an affiliate of Edmonton and Bakersfield this past season. Further, the Edmonton Oilers and Tulsa Oilers have never had an affiliation agreement in any past season, even going back to the WHA/CHL days.

Wichita got told, alright ... Wichita Thunder release, May 18, 2018: Oilers Extend Affiliation with Thunder

And the Tulsa version of the Oilers still list the STL Blues as their NHL affiliate on their Twitter page.
Not that dual affiliations - or delayed changes to social media content - are unheard of.

Great example why it's important to always post sources.

Can this be updated to show affiliations for 2018-19?
it is 2018/19, with the Greenville announcement dually with Portland (Rangers).... as well as the Orlando to St.John's/NL (Leafs) being well known are active.... I think we're now waiting to see will Greenville and Orlando sign new agreements, and now the Atlanta deal is up in the air, whether it's now been somewhat confirmed this is the last season of the Gladiators in this iteration anyway....

I'm not sure if it was a league rule, or just custom but until recently they were all one year at a time. The Royals were owned by the LA Kings for the first several years of their existence, and yet they signed an annual affiliation agreement also. The last several years teams have started announcing multi-year affiliations. I don't know if those are still a series of one year deals that they sign all or at once, or actual 2 or three year contracts. It probably doesn't matter too much, since the NHL or AHL team can and will break the affiliation when they decide to, regardless of how many years are left. Probably some financial penalty for that in the contract, but if they want out bad enough they will break the deal.
