Tkachuk by a country mile. The guy floats in and out of top 20 in scoring this year while bringing an element of the game that few players can (the Perry/Marchand/Kesler effect). Being a top scorer and being able to get into the opponent’s psyche is what wins playoff series’.

I mean, technically you are right, but its probably better to keep people in the class they were drafted for polls. Otherwise to arrive at proper conclusions based on opinions here, we'd have to count up from the early drafts in the 60's. This seems to have spawned from the 2017 re-draft ending.
