</p>Following a couple of months of relative calm in ISS Hockey‘s ranking of the top 30 prospects for the 2016 NHL Draft, the December list features a fair amount of change throughout the rankings.

Looks like they are appreciating the guys in North American junior leagues a lot more than the guys already making name of themselves in men's league in Europe.
